I’m turning my true crime obsession into a true crime side hustle with the launch of It Happened Here.

IHH is a new true crime podcast that centres victims and survivors, that peers into the psychology at play, and scratches that crime and grime itch we all sometimes have. I want to make an ethical crime podcast, built on clear principles, including:

• Centre victims, not criminals.
• Sex work is work. 
• My body, my choice. 
• Trans and black lives matter. 
• And f*ck your feminism if it isn’t intersectional. 

It is also my intention to create a broader podcasting and audio storytelling business that will ultimately produce audio stories for other companies and in other genres. The name of that business is Ready Freddie.
